Nobody over thirty is here for a trophy. The goal is to train for years — and time on the mat is the single biggest factor in your progress. So we coach with that in mind, and we’ll meet you where you are: any age, any starting point, any body.

Train smart

We teach with injury mitigation in mind

Any activity done regularly and with intent — jogging, swimming, even pickleball — can lead to injury. Jiu-jitsu is no different. So we teach our adult classes with injury mitigation built in: helping our adults prepare for physical activity on and off the mat, so a bad week never becomes a lost year.

That means smart warm-ups, honest scaling, “tap early” as a habit, and guidance on the strength, mobility, and recovery that keep you healthy between sessions. Train hard, leave in one piece, come back tomorrow.
